Community Engagement

Seeking additional growing space, Food in the Alley was born. It has grown into a south facing laboratory for Baron Studio to experiment and demonstrate what is possible in creating an edible garden in an unexpected place. Imagination and vision turned a rocky & flaky soil  into a lush, thriving culinary adventure with lettuces, tomatoes, loofah vines, Moringa & fruit trees, melons and even sugar cane! Sunflowers, pansies, herbs, hollyhock, kale and swiss chard grow together for everyone to enjoy.
