Each work of art has a voice,  it speaks to each of us in unique ways. Exhibitions and Public Art bring creative voices together to present a beautiful, visual symphony.

The Cosmic Egg & The Earth

ArtSpace 2009 – Artists Explore the Environment – invitational exhibition – Scottsdale, AZ

I have worked with clay for over 40 years. I never grow tired of it’s pliability, fluidness, and color variations. Saving and storing clay for future generations and future projects is a lesson I learned from the Chinese clay artists. The longer the clay is left to age, the better the molecules bind together to sustain the clay.

This installation carries the memory of earth’s formation over 4.5 billion years ago. Earth is the third planet from the Sun. We depend upon its biosphere and natural resources for survival. The Earth is our precious homeland. It is time for the human collective to acknowledge atmospheric changes and understand human activities and processes are contributing to global warming. We must focus on our future together, globally, to rebirth our world.
